Well Hello There Stranger!!!

Hey!! I am alive. Just thought I'd check in after a year or so any see if anyone still comes here?? If so, I may begin blogging again. If not, I will just continue my Twitter addiction. Follow me Bitches!! Ha Ha.

For the record:

1. I Still back Obama 110%
-although he really needs to begin the repealing process of "Don't Ask Don't Tell"
2. Think you should brace yourselves... like seriously take a seat. I am endorsing a 2012 Obama/Clinton ticket. Yes. You read that correctly. I sure do love Joe Biden, but adding Hillary will seal the deal AND potentially set up a 2016 Clinton Presidency. My opinion of her did NOT change until the Convention, and didn't REALLY change until Obama took Office and she became Secretary of State. But you may now consider me impressed. And I'd just love to see her deck Sarah Palin. Just once...
3. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON SARAH F'N PALIN.
4. Although I was MIA this go around of American Idol as a Blogger, I most certainly was NOT as a voter!! I'd like to think I'm personally responsible for the Kris Allen victory. MY GOD I LOVE HIM!!!
5. Still a Foster Care Therapist. Still love it. It's still killing me...
6. Continue to gossip like it's nobody's business. AS IF this would have changed.
7. I officially DESPISE Perez Hilton.
8. Still reeling from the recent deaths of Michael Jackson and Steve McNair.
9. Also still reeling from Andy Roddick's crushing loss at Wimbledon.
10. TENNESSEE FOOTBALL COUNTDOWN. 55 DAYS!!! IT'S ERIC BERRY'S WORLD PEOPLE. WE'RE JUST LIVING IN IT... THANKFULLY.

There's much more. I just can't think of it right now.

My Dad is still doing very well, and we are soooo blessed for that. Fingers crossed as always. Anyways, it's been fun trying to re-learn how to do this again. Saying I'm about half-way there is putting it generously.

FIRST OF ALL, ANDY RODDICK IS ENGAGED TO A SPORT'S ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT MODEL. HE'S 25 AND SHE'S 20. AND THEY'VE BEEN DATING FOR LESS THAN A YEAR. SO I DEFINITELY SEE THIS ONE WORKING OUT... HE'S TOTALLY MEANT TO BE WITH MANDY MOORE ANYWAYS. I GIVE IT 6 MONTHS.

SECOND, RYAN PHILLIPE, KING OF ALL CHEATERS, IS RUMORED TO HAVE KNOCKED UP THE OTHER WOMAN.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IT SEEMS THAT NOT ONLY WILL JESSICA SIMPSON NOT GO AWAY, BUT NOW SHE HAS INVADED MY STATE. THAT'S RIGHT NASHVILLE GIRLS. AFTER HER NOT-SO-STELLAR POP CAREER SHE HAS DECIDED THAT COUNTRY MUSIC IS WHERE SHE BELONGS. OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE FOR HER, SEEING AS SHE RAN OFFSTAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF SINGING "9 TO 5" DURING THE KENNEDY CENTER HONORS AMID THE ACTUAL HONORING OF DOLLY PARTON AND THEY HAD TO EDIT HER OUT ALTOGETHER BECAUSE SHE MADE A TOTAL ASS OUT OF HERSELF. SO YEAH. NASHVILLE GIRLS... YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BEEN INVADED. AND I AM SO SORRY FOR YOU ALL.

OH YEAH, AND ON MSNBC THIS MORNING HAROLD FORD, JR. ANNOUNCED THAT HE'S GETTING MARRIED IN 6 WEEKS. I'M HAPPY FOR HIM SEEING THAT HE'S A GOOD GUY AND THEY INEXCUSABLY AND GROSSLY USED THE SINGLE-GUY THING AGAINST HIM IN HIS FAILED BID TO BE TENNESSEE'S SENATOR... BUT BUMMER FOR ALL THE SINGLE GIRLS LIKE ME WHO THINK HE'S THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

ANYWHO... I'M OFF TO A DATE WITH A FABULOUS PIECE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE AND MY GIRLS FROM THE HILLS!! ANYONE ELSE ALMOST FALL OVER WHEN THEY SAW STEPHEN COLLETTI ON THE SEASON PREVIEW LAST WEEK?? ABSOLUTELY. CANNOT. WAIT. :-)

THERE IS ONLY A 6,000 SEAT CAPACITY. AND IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT AWARE WHO OLD CROW MEDICINE SHOW IS, ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE YOU TO THEM AND TO WHY THEY ARE SO POPULAR HERE...

A CASE OF THE MONDAYS...

I am back at work for the first time in weeks and am about to fake a coughing fit to get out of here... and its been 2 hours. #1 on my 2008 Things To Do List: Find a new jobby job!! And no, nobody from here reads this blog I am QUITE sure!!

Just an update... last night's Amazing Race was FABULOUS!! I can't remember the last time the top 3 teams were teams I loved. The only team that sucked because all they did was yell at each other was "Phil-Eliminated" last night!! Thank GOD!!

The Golden Globes Press Conference was a snooze. I'm pretty up on my pop culture, which includes movies & tv, yet somehow almost everybody that won last night I had never heard of. I was excited that Ari Gold/Jeremy Piven won, and that Eddie Vedder's song "Guaranteed" won for best song (it's SO beautiful in the movie!), but otherwise, I kept saying "who?" or "what?" or "huh?". I actually fell asleep during the little production, and Larry's moderating did nothing for me!

I have a meeting like 5 minutes ago, but I found this clip this morning and may watch it a few more times to help me make it through the day because it's so funny! And besides being totally hot and amazing when he plays tennis, this would also be part of why he long secured the #2 spot on my "list" a long time ago... ENJOY!

SO WILL BRITNEY SHOW? WILL SHE NOT SHOW? I AM THINKING THIS MAY BE THE THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY :(
